1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, or any other clear statement. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium without delay.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect where possible to expedite the process.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned goods and verify they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
